A small piece of countryside only 350m from the centre of Sorrento isn't easy to find! This pretty apartment/small villa set amongst citrus trees with use of swimming-pool and with a lawn suitable for sunbathing, is enclosed in a small private park.
Shops and bus stop at approx. 50 m and the descent to the sea at approx. 750 m. trains for Pompeii and Naples at 450 m. The apartment/small villa has automated central heating and is an ideal setting for a pleasant holiday not only in summer but also in winter.

This small residential complex (there are 4 other separate apartments in the grounds) is approached by a private lane. The apartment/small villa of 42 sq. metres is separate from the others and comprises lawn, living kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. A good-sized gallery provides space for two extra beds.
