This sparkling up side down design contemporary home offers bright sun filled rooms on a very private wooded lot near South Beach. A beautiful oak stairway leads to the second level main living area. This ceiling cathedral room is cooled by a paddle fan and is open to the dining area. Three sliding glass doors open to a large private south facing deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and thirty feet of counter space. Also located on this floor are a sky lit den, small study room, and a 1/2 bath. The first floor has four bedrooms; a master with queen size bed and private bath, and three others, one with a queen size bed and two with full size beds that share an additional full bath.
