Our new belle epoque apartment Prazeres III is located on the 2nd floor in an complete restored art noveau house from the end of the 19.century. The living space amounts to 120 sq.m. The apartment divides into 2 living- and dinning rooms with a big terrace, 3 bedrooms with 2 frensh balconies, a complete equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtube. In the living-room you can also sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. All bedrooms are furnished with one double bed and 4 single beds, all with comfortable mattresses. From the living room with the nice terrace you have a beautiful view of an old garden. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, the living room and the bedrooms have fine wooden floors. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2007.
The quarter Campo de Ourique is one of Lisbons best living areas with old shops, tasteful bakeries and a market with fresh and regional products. By foot you also reach Lisbons big shopping and business center Amoreiras.
Upon arrival you receive the apartment key from our housekeeper Dona Delminda.

The rent is valid for a reservation of two adults. Each further adult pays 20 EUR per night (max. 8 persons). Children up to 9 years pay 10 EUR per night.
When booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee up to 30 days before the rent starts. From 30 days before the beginning of the rent the rental retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute.
Caution: 200 EUR payable upon your arrival to our housekeeper. Your receive the caution at the end of your stay back.
Cleaning of the apartment for two persons 40 EUR. Every further persons pays 10 EUR cleaning fee. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive. |
