We offer you a nice apartment in the old town of Lisbon. The apartment Loios 2 is situated 50m downstairs from our town house(Rua Sao Vicente), also in the district Sao Vicente/Alfama. In the third floor of an restoured old town house, from the 18.century, the apartment offers you also a panoramic view of the Tejo bay from 3 french balconies. The apartment is situated in a quiet lane without traffic. The apartment has 1 sleeping room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living-room you can also sleep on an comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bedroom is furnished with a mahogany bed with an comfortable mattress (1.40 x 2.00 m).
At arrival you receive the apartment key from our manageress Dona Adalia. She lives 10m up the street. Before your arrival she cleans the apartments and covers your beds with sheets.

The rent is valid for a reservation of two adults. Each further adult pays 20 EUR per night (max. 4 persons). Children up to 9 years paying 10 EUR per night. When booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee up to 30 days before the rent starts. From 30 days before the beginning of the rent the rental retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute.
Cleaning of the apartment for 2 persons 40 EUR, for 3 persons 50 EUR and for 4 persons 60 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive. |
