Requires a two night minimum stay. All services included, except telephone. Prices are for double occupancy. Additional guest $10 USD per night. The telephone service rate is 0.30 cents USD for local calls. The cost of long distance calls will vary. Payment is required in advance upon arrival for monthly or overnight stays.

Monthly rates are for complete months only and are not divisible into daily rates.
