« I stayed here previously and was equally impressed with the hotel. The facilities are nice and clean, and as before the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty and filling - a great way to start the day. The room was a good size, with an attached bathroom. »

« Excellent breakfast! The staff was always helpful, and spoke good English which was a nice bonus as I'm still learning Spanish. The weather was sometimes rainy while I was there and they kindly loaned me an umbrella, which came in handy as I walked around the Historic District one day. The hotel is located in the vibrant La Mariscal district, which has lots of shops, many restaurants and night clubs. Sometimes you can hear the beat of the music in the distance, but it's not so loud as to be obnoxious. There is an Ecuadorian restaurant right next door, which has excellent food! Public transportation is a short walk away and taxis are plentiful. »

« It was a great location near Plaza Foch but it was quiet at night time - so ideal really as also easy to get into the city centre and Tour bus just a few minutes walk away »

« The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to a lot of restaurants. The garden is lovely as is the entire hotel. The place is at the top of my list of hotels, and I highly recommend it for comfort, safety and service. I felt I was leaving family behind when we checked out! »
