Villa is simply gorgeous. From the moment we opened the front door we were stunned by the picturesque view. What an incredible setting overlooking the ocean. The villa has beautiful ample rooms and a lot of space for everybody to be comfortable. The outside patio and pool area was our favorite. A stunning villa. Luxury, simplicity and elegance at it's best. Marcel and Jen were great hosts. Extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped us arrange chef Antonio for us which was great. They were very helpful with tips and recommendations. The house keeper Fransisco and his wife were also wonderful. They really take care of the house with love. The house is kept in immaculate condition. Every morning we strolled down the beautiful private beach and enjoyed the amazing sunrises. A little tip, for the active vacationers as ourselves its worth renting a car since there are lots of places close by to visit. We went to various cenotes in the area. Casa cenote which is just down the road was one of our favorites. The ruins in Tulum and Coba were great. We also snorkeled a few times right in front of the property. One of the best things was that we were fortunate enough to see these big sea turtles coming up the beach right in front of the property late in the evenings and lay there eggs. Not to mention the hatchings of literally hundreds of baby turtles on several occasions making there way to the ocean. What a sight and experience. Truly Incredible !! Staying at Villa was impressive, fond memories were made here. We will be back for sure. Thank you Marcel and Jen.

We spent the best time for my best friends bachelorette weekend party at the Villa. The house is gorgeous inside and out. All the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We were 10 girls and had the best time. We spent one whole day at the pool/ house and we hired the recommended chef for the whole day. Best desicion ever! They also provide with daily cleaning services like a hotel and also the house manager Francisco who lives right outside the property was the best, he can provide you with any immediate needs, and is available 24/7 for any emergencies, we took a tour one day and were leaving really early and he was there early to provide us with clean beach towels and helps us get our things into the bus. We always felt safe, they have cameras and security around the house. I truly recommend this house for anybody with a big party of 10-13, who wants to experience Tulum but also wants to relax. It’s 20-30mins away from the touristy areas of Tulum.
