We were a group of 5 families and stayed there for 4 nights. Head housekeeper Parn, and other housekeepers Noh, Tohn, and the gentleman took absolute care of us during our stay. Parn arranged everything at our request - Muay Thai, ATV, Karting, massages, manicures etc. She was delightful. All the meals they made for us were delicious. They were also very attentive - when one of our children had an ulcer in his mouth, they offered us a local remedy. Tohn also fed our daughter when we were at a massage. All these were not requested for, they noticed and proactively offered their assistance. The male housekeeper woke up the earliest to clean the villa. The grounds were so clean that our feet did not get black despite walking barefooted. He is like the quiet elf - when we wake up in the morning, everything would be tidy and in place, with no signs of activity from the previous day/night. Amazing. A tiny mishap happened - air conditioning compressor spoilt in one of the rooms. The team ordered a new compressor and tried to fix it as quickly as they could. It was excellent service recovery. Dispute the size of the property, the communal areas were located in the same place, pool/dining/living/gym. So we could be doing different things, but we were still 'together'. The villa is very well-designed. Our kids also had a blast in the games room located downstairs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our stay. The villa is very well-maintained and always clean. Exceptional service and attention. We couldn't have asked for more.

THANK YOU very much for making our holiday amazing. Our stay was great and the stuff was brilliant. Starting from the letting agent Stephany (she made all the arrangements pre-arriving to the villa making sure we have everything we need), to our villa manager Khun Jane which was very professional, friendly and always helpful, to the cleaning stuff Tic and Pan that helped with absolutely anything needed in the house and last but not least our chef Na who shopped every morning for us and cooked delicious food every day! Everyone was absolutely incredible and we cannot say thank you enough for the warm welcome and relaxed stayed we had ! The house is very spacious, equipped to a high standard and the cherry on the top is the infinity pool which has an amazing view! The location is very safe (there is 24h security on site) and a lot to explore within walking distance such as supermarkets, shops, good restaurants, massage places and very close by to 2 lovely beaches: Kata and Kata Noi! This Villa was our home for 2 months: November 2021 to January 2022 and we loved it! A bit about us: a group of friends age 27-35 from all over Europe travelling to Thailand over winter seeking warm weather and sun for Christmas and New Year.
