Le 2ème étage de cette villa est composée d'une cuisine gastronomique, d'une salle à manger et d'un salon avec des canapés confortables. Une grande terrasse occupe tout le devant de l'étage principal offrant un coin salon supplémentaire pour le salon et les chambres principales. Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle.
Les deux chambres principales séparées par une salle de bains commune se trouvent également au 2ème étage.
Au 1e étage, il y a la 3ème chambre, avec sa propre salle de bain.
Toutes les chambres ont la climatisation et des ventilateurs de plafond.
Les gardiens vivent en bas et assurent la sécurité.

Stayed August 2017 One of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed at, with great views, right within few yards from the Atlantic. Close to some great restaurants. Very relaxing.

stayed August 2017 This place was gorgeous. Right on the beach and really well appointed. Our hosts took us last minute and made everything super easy. This is a fairly remote location, but the house was well appointed and comfortable. The only slight downside was the very spotty internet but considering where we were, who could complain too much? The beach was fantastic and the caretaker Marta and her boyfriend were helpful but also invisible so we felt like we were totally alone. Would highly recommend this place

Stayed December 2017 This is an idyllic location just 100m from the beach but very private. The management company were very responsive to all questions and gave us lots of local information. The gardens around the house are beautiful and we never tired of watching the wildlife - monkeys, iguanas, extraordinary butterflies, geckos and more. The house is literally in the jungle, so this brings a few inevitabilities - sometimes the jungle feels inside the house - the roof is made of bamboo so lets in a little water, there are bats nesting on the roof. But for us this was easily accepted to be in this wonderful location.

Stayed January 2018 The rental house is beautiful, in front of the beach and very close to other nice beaches and eating places. The only problem I found with this house is that it has only one bathroom in the second floor, where two of the three bedrooms are located. The bathroom is contiguous to each of the two bedrooms in question. That is, it has two doors each one of which opens to one of the bedrooms. A third door opens to a corridor. This might not be a problem for a family with small children, but clearly might be for two couples sleeping in the two bedrooms. The third bedrooms is in the first floor, it has its own bathroom and has a nice view to the garden. All of three bedrooms are quite ample, with queen size beds.
